Yes you Can and Should eat Carbs! As long they are Starch Resistant, you will loose fat. Some great examples are:
    Brown Rice (magnesium)
    Sweet Potatoes (beta-carotene)
    Quinoa (fiber, magnesium, B-vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, Vitamin E, antioxidants)
    Beans and Legumes (fiber and protein)
These types of carbs have fewer calories that their unhealthy alternatives, and reduce your appetite by regulating insulin. We recommend 1/2-3/4 of a cup a day.
