About Living Lean & ClassesThe Living Lean is a combination personal training & meal program designed to help you lose weight, gain muscle, and adopt a new healthy lifestyle. The program is crafted by Sheena, who holds a masters in nutrition, and is a AFAA certified personal trainer. Join us for our spring group classes in Lafayette, featuring Spin+Abs, Super Circuit, and Boxing!
Each Living Lean spring class will take place once a week from April 3 – June 5. Instructed by Sheena, Living Lean founder.

All classes are created & instructed by Sheena, certified AFAA personal trainer.
